It's pretty self-explanatory! This forum is for Espers who are interested in raiding, and would like to join up with an Espers static raid group. You post your details; raid groups in need of members peruse the forum to find people who fit their needs.

As such, there's certain kinds of information that it's useful to include!

(NOTE: Before posting, check out the Looking for Members forum to see if any groups are already advertising an empty spot you could fill.)

• Your job(s) that you're looking to raid as.
• Your timezone, and at least a rough guess at what sort of raid schedule would suit.
• Your current gear situation and/or progression status.
• What kind of group you're looking for. Are you a srs bsns progression raider looking to raid several nights a week and be on the cutting edge of content? More of a laid-back weekend raider happy to learn and advance at the group's pace? Being clear about your goals = bettering your chances at finding a group that's a good fit.
