It's pretty self-explanatory! This forum is for Espers who want to start up a new raid group, and for existing raid groups who need to fill empty spots. You list what you're looking for; Esper free agents with an interest in raiding hit you up.

As such, there's certain kinds of information that it's useful to include!

(NOTE: Before posting, check out the Looking for Group forum to see if there are any members there who just so happen to match what you're looking for.)

• The job(s) that you're looking for,
• Your current raiding schedule (timezone included!).
• Your current progression status (and whether you'd prefer members at about that same level, or whether you'd be happy to catch new members up).
• Your general group/raiding ethos. Are you a srs bsns progression group looking to be on the cutting edge of content? More of a laid-back group happy to learn and advance at each others' pace? Being clear about your goals = bettering your chances at finding members that are a good fit.
• Anything else you think it'd be helpful for new members to know.
