Hey guys,
I've been around since 2.0 launched but had a static outside of the guild. They all decided to call it quits just before 2.2 launched and now I'm lost with nobody to raid with. If anyone is in search of a wonderful tank to run the second coil with let me know. I'm based on the west coast so I'm hoping to get a raid that runs during my evening hours. I don't think anything groups have openings (?), but have you thought of starting your own raid group? Maybe like a T5+ group.

Here is what I would do, pick times I know I would be able to raid first. Approach others you think are interested and you are interested in having in the group. Instead of a general blast, I would approach individuals. See if they can make it during those times or adjust accordingly, but it helps to go in with a plan/baseline for the times you want unless you are really good at organizing people's schedules.

If not all spots are filled, pick up randoms during your raid times. If randoms are good, add them to your linkshell and invite back every week until they join, or you find someone who can join permanently. As long as you have a base group, it is important to meet during your scheduled times.

Some people who would be good to ask if they know anyone interested (they know a lot of people and are experienced): Nya, Ashie, Lulu, Dagny are just a few.

Or not. You could always just ask around if anyone knows of any groups looking for a tank. I'm sure there are plenty.
