Hello everyone!

Just so everyone can have a say at this…

We currently have quite the surplus of company credits, which allow us to maintain our large variety of company buffs. Just so everyone can benefit from these the most, we should probably start a schedule! Momoko has already posted a temporary schedule of upcoming buffs… but we want to hear your opinion!

Have a suggestion for when a buff should be? Post it here!

Marc suggested a new one every 12 hours, excluding teleport buff. I think this will be OK until we get low (might be a while).

Probably , during T-F food buff during prime time and something else during the other time.

Saturday - Monday can be w/e.

If you raid Sunday - Monday, please post your schedule on the calendar and raid forum so we make sure to include you.

A day of crafting, or perhaps just an evening would be helpful.

I like the 2x different buffs a day (or even more)!

I added meat and mead to encompass all of our raids to the calendar, but that means every night the buff will be meat and mead…

It's Ok with me, but if there are people who can only come online in the evening and don't use food, they will never get a buff.

What do you guys think?

For now, please keep to the schedule i posted to see how it works out. I made the meat and mead times staggered on purpose to give people a chance to use the other buffs.

My thought with the 12 hour cycle for one buff was that the play focus for people on during the day vs. the evening is very different (at least from what I've seen.)

Our surplus (we were down to 1.6M 2 weeks ago, there was a flurry of buff changes and we're at 1.7M now) leads me to believe that we can accommodate multiple focuses. The best example I have is wolf marks during raid nights. Nobody is using raid (/crafting?) buffs during the day so why stick them there.

I'm also not stuck on the teleport buff and we might want to consider changing that up. I don't see why any established player couldn't be just watching their gil count upward (except on occasions where an overmeld is being focused on.) And doing things like crafting exp bonus + crafting bonus would make that truly a crafting day. For wolf marks, why not toss up both buffs (the 1st is cheaper anyways) to get the most advantage possible.

Starting tomorrow, Saturday, May 17, we will be trying something new for the week. We will be getting rid of the teleport buff and will have two 24 hour buffs running. During the weekdays, please expect meat and mead due to raiding.

This is another test to see how it goes, or if anyone even notices, lol.

As always, please leave any feedback or suggestions. I always have a hard time picking which buffs to put on the calendar, so please let me know!

Interesting idea. With the amount of money coming in from Duty Roullette and Challenges, I don't foresee an issue.

This weeks/next week's suggest schedule:

Meat and mead alternate with teleport buff depending on what time coil starts for our groups. The 2nd buff will be 24hours and will change everyday. Total of 3 buffs everyday except Sunday when there are no raiding groups.

Officers/mentors/specialists, please adhere to the buff schedule while we test this out!

I'd like to see more companion exp during the week when nothing's going on.
