Espers United Officers provide oversight of the free company. They are responsible for the maintenance and well-being of the free company and its members.
Progression Officer: Delta Blue
The Progression Team’s objective is to offer consistent and reliable progress to Espers United members that would like to spend more time in end-game content. There is no content expectations put on members as a requirement for any rank in the FC, but, we recognize that this is a major aspect of this game and that running content initially and regularly with unknown members can be problematic at times. We will be fostering this goal through the scheduling of regular progression related events such as static learning and farming times every week, keeping up with the Request Help section in forums, and by helping develop leadership from those who ask). Whether you want to learn a new fight, boost your iLevel, or farm that mount your missing, the Progression Team is here to help.
Communications Officer: Ofelia Atoru
The communication officer is responsible for keeping members up to date on what’s going on within the Free Company: it can be anything from clearing Primal Exes, current contests and events, or what buffs will be going up for the week. Most forms of communication will be from announcements on the Free Company website and Company Board in game. However, other ways of getting the word out, like Free Company chat, may also be utilized.
It is also the role of this officer to be aware of current feedback and concerns from members within the Free Company. In return, the communication officer will bring these up with the other officers at future meetings to be sure anything currently affecting the Free Company can be properly addressed.
Events Officer: Momoko Moko
The events officer manages non-content related events that are accessible to all levels and types of players. The goals for these events should be to create a community atmosphere and provide additional content to Espers outside the regular functions provided by Square Enix (ie social functions).
Events may be created by any member, in fact, we love member-driven event ideas! The event officer will be there for you to assist in gathering of funding or prizes, communicating information about event, leading/helping the event as needed, and providing any emotional support (J/K, you won’t need it…). The event officer will approve events to ensure the event does not conflict with free company goals, other events, or charter.
