Thread to track applications and recruits. Denied would be put in the other thread. I'm thinking this can be:

Name: Player name
Alt - Main: If a declared alt, and if so their main character
Date: Of application
Some Info: Officer discretion, do we need this? We would put the reason for the denial here for the other page.
Joined: Date of join, move info to Denied if denied.
