Okay so I've been talking about doing it for a while, but now I'm actually getting around to it - basically I want to start a static for progression; I'm plenty open to it being semi-fluid, though ideally I'd like at least half the group to be permanent for the sake of consistency. Oh yes, this is Indigo Phantasm, to clarify, heh.

Since obviously everyone is at different levels, my plan is to run through all the Heavensward extreme and savage content, going roughly in ilvl (or mechanical difficulty) order where relevant. It would be nice to get this completed by Stormblood, though of course this is very dependent on availability and whatnot, so we'll see what happens :o

Also I understand that espers isn't about raiding, we're a pretty casual bunch overall, so don't feel obliged to dance to my whims here, I'll post on reddit and other discords to fill gaps as needed.

Timezone-wise, I'm located in GMT+10, and play during about 7pm to 12am local time on weekdays, plus a fairly flexible weekend (of course, my Saturday and Sunday are largely an NA Friday and Saturday, respectively, with the Sunday being my Monday, so that's something to consider)

My only requirements here are that you have your class not just at lvl 60, but at least to a basic understanding of your typical rotations, and are wearing actually relevant gear (so none of this tank accessories on dps, or healer accessories on casters, etc.) - the rest will come with practice.

Currently I can run all three healers, plus Ninja, and I'm currently learning Warrior and Summoner with Black Mage also on the way. I believe General Wallace is generally (sorry) interested also, with Paladin being the main job and White Mage as a WIP. I'm fairly certain any job requirements can be worked around though given we have a basically non-existent roster so far.
